Yesterday we had a brief bargaining session so our team could present a packaged proposal & give the CMO plenty of time to consider a counter before our next session on the 29th. We hope this proposal is close to what a final contract will look like!
If you came to the board meeting yesterday, you heard many staff and families come and speak up about why stable schools matter to us and how we are trying to bargain a contract that encourages teacher retention.
