The votes are in: 89% of staff express No Confidence in HTH Leadership
An overwhelming majority of High Tech staff have voted to support a Resolution of No Confidence in the High Tech High Board of Directors. A resounding 89.23% of certificated staff no longer has confidence in the High Tech High Board of Trustees’ ability to lead our schools in a manner that aligns with its design principle of Equity, Personalization, Authentic Work, and Collaborative Design. Our Classified unit has been officially recognized! Classified staff, come learn more about what that means & what the next steps are this Wed, June 22 @ 6pm.
If you came to the board meeting yesterday, you heard many staff and families come and speak up about why stable schools matter to us and how we are trying to bargain a contract that encourages teacher retention.
