The votes are in: 89% of staff express No Confidence in HTH Leadership
An overwhelming majority of High Tech staff have voted to support a Resolution of No Confidence in the High Tech High Board of Directors. A resounding 89.23% of certificated staff no longer has confidence in the High Tech High Board of Trustees’ ability to lead our schools in a manner that aligns with its design principle of Equity, Personalization, Authentic Work, and Collaborative Design. It's time for HTH staff to hold elections: to fill vacant officer positions, elect classified bargaining team members and site representatives, and make other important decisions.

Our bargaining team met with the CMO on Friday afternoon for a short session to present an updated comprehensive proposal. The proposal continues with our agreements on Class Size, Benefits, Leaves, Hours and the Effect (duration) of our final union contract, while making updates to our Wages, Discipline/Employment Status, Layoffs, Assignments/Transfers, Collective Rights, Management Rights, and Recognition proposals.
